How to Distinguish Bearing Quality

!: How to Distinguish Bearing Quality

Bearings provide the wonderful glue that keeps most engines and mechanical assemblies working, particularly with activities that involve high-speed rotation. There are different types of bearings available, such as ball bearing, roller bearing and so on.

Bearing is widely used in life. How to identify the bearing quality? I think you are very concerned about this issue. Now I introduce several ways to identify good or bad bearings.

Outer packing is clear: under normal circumstances, factory brand has its own specialized external packaging design, and arrange qualified factory to produce. Packaging, whether from the line to the color, is very clear, and unambiguous.

The steel print is clear: the bearing body will be printed with the brand inscription, labels and so on. Font is very small, but it is mostly produced using the steel seal technique, before the heat treatment, it carries on presses the character. So it was small font, the concaver is much deep and clear. The fonts of counterfeit products are not only vague, because the printing technology is rough, the typeface floats in the surface, and some of them can be easily wiped off by hand.

If there is a hybrid sound: left hand holds the bearing body, right hand toggles coat to spin, then listening to their sound is mixed or not. As most of the bad conditions for the production of counterfeit products, is completely hand-made operation. In this production process, it will inevitably mix the sand that hides in the bearing body, so it will be issued when rotating. This is different from the use of the machine operation by normal factory.

The chamfer is uniform: the chamfer of the bearing is the horizontal plane and vertical plane junction. Counterfeit bearing, is limited by production technology, in which the edges and corners are unsatisfactory.
